This estate has been handed down from father to son and father to daughter since 1422! Louis Saladin and his daughters represent the ^19th and ^20th generations of winegrowers on this Ardèche site. What could be better? The 18-hectare estate boasts 13 hand-harvested grape varieties, grown and brought to life organically. The result is a range of very interesting natural wines (Côtes-du-Rhône or Vin de Pays), offered in all three colors, a total of seven bottles: five reds, one rosé and one white.

This vineyard was initiated by Alain Voge on the slopes of Cornas in the 1970s. Lionel Fraisse now manages this 13-hectare estate, which is divided between Cornas, Saint-Peray, Saint-Joseph and Côtes du Rhône, and is farmed organically and sometimes biodynamically. For wine lovers, the team will share their passion with you during a visit to the cellar, after a walk through the vines (reservations must be made 4 weeks in advance) followed by a tasting in the cellar.

At the farm, Avril, a pig farmer, offers a wide range of meat and charcuterie products, free from artificial colourings and additives, from her happy pigs raised in the open air and fed on GMO-free cereals. A pretty store with an almond-green front in the center of town. As the name suggests, you'll find a selection of products from here and abroad: breads from Pain de Sucre in Saint-Félicien, as well as a superb selection of charcuterie and cheeses from Italy and roasted hazelnuts from Piedmont. Pascale and Yves Chauvel welcome you to their magnificent farmhouse where they practice the craft of soap making. Their charming Labeaume stone residence houses an old silkworm farm from the 18th and 19th centuries. This one was dedicated to the breeding of silkworms for the silk manufacturers of Lyon. Mas Sophia produces essential oils, hydrolats and silky soaps that incorporate silk cocoons. So many products of excellent quality, beneficial and organic... The Possety family left the Lyon region to settle here and become producers of spirulina, this micro-algae with many virtues, rich in proteins and minerals, and anti-oxidant. In three basins of culture, they produce, under the sign of Spiruline des Monts d'Ardèche, spirulina in twigs or tablets, stamped organic. The producers are inexhaustible on their subject and are even happy to give you recipes.

Domaine Alain Dumarcher is a vineyard located in Gras, Ardèche. It offers a variety of products such as lavandin essential oils, 5-liter wine coolers in red or rosé, and IGP Ardèche and AOP Côtes du Vivarais wines.

A pretty wooded valley, a winding road that never ends, and at the end of the road the reward: a lovely little hamlet where a couple produce 12 kinds of cheese, including tomme, brousse, dry, creamy.... Alexandre Frattini is an organic farmer. He transforms his own cereals into pasta and semolina. The result is an entirely home-made dry and fresh pasta produced on the farm. He grows durum wheat, soft wheat and buckwheat. His range of pastas is extensive: fresh, fettucini, fusilli, spaghetti, raviole, crozet, tagliatelle plain, with vegetables or with chestnuts. These wheat-based pastas can be ordered online, and can also be found in many producers' stores in and around the département.

A native of the region, Simon Rouchier is now a farmer-confectioner. A former chocolatier who wanted to move into arboriculture, he decided to combine his two passions: confectionery and agriculture. On 2 hectares, he grows organic apricots, apples, plums, blackcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants and blackberries. In his artisanal workshop, he transforms them into sweet delights: candied fruits coated in chocolate, fruit jellies, but also nectars, syrups, jams and even nougat, hence the name of his small business: Au nougat ardéchois. Marine Mazel and François Chauvin did a lot of traveling before putting down roots in the Ardèche. In 2018, they embarked on organic vegetable and fruit production. In greenhouses and in open fields, L'Abeille et la Blette (who's the bee, who's the chard?) grow tomatoes and lettuces, asparagus and herbs, strawberries and flowers, all of which can be found, for example, in the fabulous sandwiches at Bottega Itineris, in Annonay. Thanks to the glass beehive, we can almost enter the intimacy of the swarm and we go from one astonishment to another by observing the hierarchical organization of a beehive. Mael and Jehan are two brothers united around the values and flavors of the land. Organic farming is a matter of course for them, and they produce vegetables, fruit and, more recently, natural wine. They sell directly at markets and in a local organic store they've just opened. Le Futé fell in love with their philosophy (the texts on their website are fascinating) and, above all, their wines. Laura, a nougat chef, and Loïc, a beekeeper, have combined their knowledge and passion for making and marketing honey, nougat, confectionery and other original products at the Nougaterie du Pont-d'Arc. Together, they took over this store in 2019, which is now their workshop-boutique. Loïc's beehives, located in the Sud-Ardèche region, are one of the many regional products used to make their products. La Fabrique Givrée is an ice cream shop located in Aubenas, at 3 Place de l'Hôtel de ville. Opened in 2012, this store is La Fabrique Givrée's first ice cream shop.
