DU BLÉ AUX PÂTES

Alexandre Frattini is an organic farmer. He transforms his own cereals into pasta and semolina. The result is an entirely home-made dry and fresh pasta produced on the farm. He grows durum wheat, soft wheat and buckwheat. He also transforms chestnuts into chestnut cream and natural chestnuts, and produces many small fruits and vegetables. It's a great way to stock up on goodies to enjoy after the market, or to give as a gift, because gourmet treats are always a pleasure!
