Petit Futé's opinion on LA FERME DU CHÂTAIGNIER

A must of the Ardèche chestnut grove! More than 65 specialities compete for the spotlight: PDO chestnuts in their natural state, in cream, in syrup, in flour, in liqueur... There is also a gourmet collection of around twenty jams and jellies made from fruit from the orchard or the mountains. Also on the shelves: lamb meat, beers and Ardèche wines. You can visit the chestnut grove and the processing workshop before savouring the specialities which you will be sure to stock up on afterwards so that you can enjoy the Ardèche at home...

Information on LA FERME DU CHÂTAIGNIER

Low season: open on Wednesday and Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. High season: Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm. Accompanied visits: July / August departure at 11.30 am, 3 pm and 5 pm. Outside these periods: departure at 3.30 pm. Visit: 3,50 € (free for under 18s). Open from April to the end of October.
