CELLIER DE L'AVEN D'ORGNAC

The special cuvée from the Orgnac-l'Aven winery is "Grand Aven", available in white, rosé and red, and meets the specifications of the confidential Côtes du Vivarais PDO, which deserves to be better known. Each year, 1,000 bottles of Grand Aven red are lowered into the Aven d'Orgnac to be matured 50 meters underground in an environment with humidity and stability exceptionally conducive to the development of this blend of Syrah and Grenache.
