Château Maylandie is a vineyard located in Ferrals-les-Corbières, in the town of Ferrals-les-Corbières. The vineyard offers a variety of wines, such as Cabanon rosé 2020, Cabanon blanc 2020, Carignan 2018, Exquises Esquisses rouge 2020 without added sulfites, Cabanon 2020 in white, rosé, and red, Exquises Esquisses rosé 2020, Villa Ferrae 2018, Ferrals 2019, and Cabanon rouge 2020. Château Maylandie offers AOC Corbières rosé wines, AOC Corbières white wines, AOC Corbières-Boutenac wines, and AOC Corbières red wines.

Located in the Massif de la Clape, the Château Laquirou vineyard is home to 40 hectares of organically grown vines, surrounded by 60 hectares of garrigue. The range of wines produced on site have sweet Latin names, with a rare cuvée; the Auréus Prestige, a premium red aged in oak barrels. This 145-hectare estate produces high-quality wines from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil gives birth to famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. In the cellar, you can also select a bottle of Carthagène, a sweet Languedoc specialty. Château Pech-Céleyran is also known for its very active wine tourism offer with its 5 luxury guest rooms, ranging from 18 to 40^m2, its swimming pool and its arty events. What could be more natural than to love the arts for this family, descendants of Saint-Exupéry.

Château de Luc, located in Luc-sur-Orbieu, is a winery owned by the Fabre family. Its vineyards, planted on the stony terraces of the Orbieu and the windy foothills of the Alaric, produce wines characterised by concentration and harmonious balance. The château welcomes visitors to its stables, now converted into a tasting cellar, where they can discover the 14th-century underground cellars, a unique historical testimony in the region. Château de Luc offers a variety of activities, such as the Balade Vigneronne, the Visite insolite du château, the Escape Game and the Live Tasting. It also offers a selection of wines, including La Serre, Viognier Chimère and Vin doux naturel de grenache.

When you think of wine tourism, you immediately think of Château La Bastide, located to the north of the Corbières appellation. Nan-Ping Gao masterfully manages this 180-hectare estate, 60 of which are PDO and PGI. Environmentally conscious, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming, and produces over 20 top-quality wines, including the Istoria, Eidos and Optimée cuvées. All these wines regularly win gold medals. Nan also loves meeting people. She offers guided tours, tastings in the cellar and events such as "Vendangeur d'un jour ", a unique opportunity for sharing.

Known for his ineffable place La Cantine du Curé, Benjamin has chosen organic agriculture to produce his own wines. His vines cover 16 hectares and are harvested by hand. Carignan, Muscat, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are naturally brought to maturity to produce wines such as the red Viti Vini Bibi or Six Roses (a rosé to be drunk chilled) or Bulle, a sweet sparkling wine made from Terret and Muscat, perfect as an aperitif or with dessert.

Located on the wine road, in St-Pierre-la-Mer and leaning against the foothills of the La Clape massif, this estate produces on 21 ha an AOC La Clape wine, unique and authentic because soil and climate are conducive to its elaboration. The grapes are harvested by hand and in the cellar tradition and modernity are combined to get the best out of it. You will discover 3 distinct categories: "Young and fruity", light and fresh wines, "Terroir and character", red wines reflecting the local vineyard and the "Crus du Château", concentrated of the best. Château de Marmorières, a favourite among La Clape wine lovers, acquired a former commandery and its superb vineyards on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer in 2005. The wines coming out of Jehan and Ombline de Woillemont's cellar are a must-try! As proof, the 96/100 awarded by Decanter to the 2019 vintage of Commanderie Saint-Pierre-la-Garrigue and other unanimous awards that crown their cuvées, from the elegant "Marquis de Raymond" to the mineral and aromatic white "Les Pinèdes".

Château Grand Moulin offers excellent AOP Corbières and Cru Boutenac wines. On Wednesday mornings, from mid-July to mid-September, upon reservation, you can discover the vineyard during a walk, enjoy a winegrower's snack and a tasting. During the year, Château Grand Moulin welcomes you in a beautiful way and offers you a visit of the cellar and the tasting of its last vintages. It is also possible to reserve, for private or professional events, the reception room, fully equipped, in a modern and pleasant setting.

Le Domaine des Pères is a store located in Trèbes. The store offers a variety of local products such as olives, cosmetics, olive oils and other local produce. Customers can also order online and collect their purchases in-store. Domaine des Pères also has a camper van park and offers services for professionals.

If some people know how to respect the family tradition of vineyard work well done, but also how to free themselves from it to make wines of today and tomorrow, the Maury couple are one of them! We find here, in a blend dominated by Syrah and Mourvèdre, the tempered character of the beautiful wines of La Clape in which notes of ripe black fruits, flavours of garrigue and spices are expressed. This estate, located in the heart of the Minervois region, has been revitalised by the Danglas family and is sure to delight you. You will be captivated by the beauty and grandeur of the imposing 18th-century building, which houses the tasting cellar, the cellar with its vats and the cellar with its oak barrels. Founded in 1929, the Anne de Joyeuse winery takes its name from the Duke of Joyeuse, to whom the seigneury of Limoux was given by Henri III in the ^16th century. 3,000 hectares of vines produce still wine in AOP Limoux (red and white) and IGP Pays d'Oc (three colours). Anne de Joyeuse is also committed to protecting the environment with the Protect Planet® initiative, and to enhancing the human aspect of wine production. An unconditional love of the land, the desire to bring out the soul of the terroir and a working philosophy based on intra-cellular vinification are the guidelines of the Ciry Cattaneo estate, created by David Ciry, an oenologist by trade, and Marion Cattaneo, a chocolatier. You will enjoy Sang Neuf, Malabestia, Les Petites Choses and Les Hirondelles, all produced in limited quantities.

Between the Aude and Canal du Midi, a few minutes from Carcassonne, Domaine de la Mijane is the ideal setting to discover the wines of Cabardès. The vineyard has been cultivated since the 18th century in this property of about one hundred hectares. Nowadays, actually 30 hectares of the estate are dedicated to winemaking, under the vigilant eye of the oenologist Fabrice Perez. By its geographical location, La Mijane produces wines that have a double appellation: Cabardès, Protected Designation of Origin and Cité de Carcassonne, Protected Geographical Indication. Pinot Gris, Merlot, Chardonnay, Grenache, or Gewurztraminer will be offered to you during a tasting in the vault that was completely refurbished in 2015.

Massamier La Mignarde is much more than a wine estate, it is first a history dating back to Roman times, when a Roman legionnaire named Maximus, settled there and gave the name Maximiana to this property which then became Massamier. Today, it is Frantz Vènes who has taken over the family domain of 70 hectares of vineyards in the middle of the Livinière with the names Minervois la Livinière, Minervois and wines of the Coteaux de Peyriac. In the cellar you will discover a range of 2 white, 2 rosé, 7 red and 1 late harvest, wines of character, powerful in mouth and great subtlety. The International Wine Challenge is awarded by the International Wine Challenge in 2005, and is awarded by the International Wine Challenge. During our visit, we had a real stroke of heart for the "Les Garouillas" 2011 developed based on sirah, Grenache and carignan, an elegant wine with a lot of roundness in the mouth and a peppermint finish. In 2016, 250 truffiiers oaks were planted on the property, adding to the richness of this land in the Aude. The Château Fontiès wine estate was created in 1860 by Alphonse Coste-Reboulh, the great-great uncle of the current owners. Alphonse Coste-Rebouth participated in the great restoration of the City of Carcassonne alongside Viollet-le-Duc. A street in the city bears his name. This visionary built the cellar of the property in 1869 following a semi-buried architecture, which gives it a great thermal stability. The wines of Jérôme Bertrand, the last of the line, are resolutely modern and exciting. Composed predominantly of old black carignan that take on this land its entire expression, the Ancestral Vintages and Megaliths deserve special attention: they are rich, concentrated as it should but with real elegance. Located in the Corbières, Château Beauregard Mirouze is a family estate of 25 hectares. Here, Karine and Nicolas Mirouze, the eighth generation of winegrowers, cultivate their vines with respect for nature by reasoning their interventions. They make wines with freshness, finesse and elegance, such as the Grangeot rosé, a Vin de Pays d'Oc, 50% Cinsault, 30% Grenache and 20% Syrah or the Tradition rosé A.O.C. Corbières, 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah and 20% Grenache.

Another corbières that deserves palaces! Frédéric Corpel leads 12 ha of vineyards in Alaric and has chosen to work mainly Grenache and Syrah. Its vintage wines Grand Caprice and the Romarines are not lacking in freshness and fruity. The 2005 vintage is very successful, to be appreciated now. Also, La cuvée Grande en en corbières 2005.

An ancient dependence of the Abbey of Lagrasse, the domaine de Salitis covers 90 ha of beautiful, rocky and sunny slopes, a superb clay-clay land north of Carcassonne. Everything is good and well done, with a real concern for balance and regularity. Only since 1999 and extending over only 550 ha, the name Cabardès (one of the smallest AOC in the Languedoc) is located north of Carcassonne, in the Black Mountain, between Atlantic and Mediterranean. In this respect, this land is both underwater and Mediterranean. As a result, these varieties are a mixture of the Languedoc (Syrah and Grenache) and the Bordeaux (Merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon). Provence and servadou iron are also found, two atypical varieties. The beautiful and large wine domains are often beautiful family stories and Château de Argères is one of them. For five generations now, the Cross- Mayrevieille family cultivates its vineyards perched on a hill in Minervois, between the Black Mountain in the North and Alaric and Pyrenees in the South. An estate of over 105 acre on calcareous clay soils, where grape varieties such as: Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache and Sauvignon are cultivated. The wines are vinified and made in the estate (cellar of 600 m2) in the greatest respect of tradition in order to offer delicious vintages; red (the three red Argères, Aphrodite, Caille Rôtie, Tellus and Authentique), the three white Argères and the three pink Argères. All these wines have beautiful robes that blend the refinement and aromatic complexities of great wines. Les Vignobles Foncalieu came into being in 1967 out of Union des Caves de Puichéric, Thézan-des-Corbières and Vignerons de la Cité. Since 2007, they have engaged in a sustainable-development approach, commited to respecting the environment, and accompany their members in this transformation. Now gathering twenty Estates and Castles, their soils are spread in Languedoc, cradle of Vignobles Foncalieu, but also in Gascony and in the Rhône, allowing them to produce distinguished wines with different and generous characters such as Côtes-du-Rhône, Saint-Chinian, Minervois, Picpoul de Pinet or Corbières.

Situated between the vineyards and the garrigue, this former 12th-century convent was taken over as a family property in 1820. Today, Anne and Xavier de Volontat welcome you in the former convent chapel which has been transformed into a picturesque cellar. The vinification is done on a plot-by-pot basis, and the harvest is largely done by hand. To be noted: the Randolin cuvée is regularly awarded a medal at the Concours général agricole. Its complex aromas of wild berries go perfectly with traditional cuisine, but also with spicier dishes.

A very ancient local aperitif, Jean-Philippe Barbedette's cartagena comes from white grape varieties. Right after the pressuring, the must is mutated with a country alcohol. Aging in oak barrel for several months, lightly worn, it is perfect on the foie gras dessert and of course aperitif. But the production of the estate does not stop at Cartagena, it also finds the crémant of Limoux and various pilgrimages.

More than two centuries ago, the pond of Lézignan was the fishing place preferred by the archbishops of Narbonne, now disappeared, it gave place to many plots of vineyards that Château Etang des Colombes perfectly exploits. Here, for four generations, the work of the vineyard has been guided by the same goal, a quality of the grapes at the harvesting so that the material testifies to the specificity of the ground in the glass. A superb underground cellar was dug for the barrel aging. You can visit it, just like the museum of the property which has belonged to the Gualco family for a century. Gris des Colombes, very fruity in the mouth, a summer wine par excellence, or the sweet wine with taste of honey and jam, walnut with a very good length in the mouth, it is divine with foie gras or roquefort. Since 2001, the method has changed to improve. Inspired the Alsatian late grape harvest, here, the grape is collected at the end of October then it is directly pressed, vinified and put in barrels. Château Etang des Colombes offers a unique wine that is not to miss. Do not hesitate to get there (by appointment) to taste and enjoy rates as sweet as their viognier passerille!

Annie and Michel Rambaud gladly narrate the story of this legend, born in a small estate of six acres located between Narbonne and sea, which inspired a Wine's name: La Fée Bistande. The wines of the property are on AOC Clape and Coteaux in Languedoc, where you can enjoy light local wines made with great finesse and passion (no matter the vintage Désirée or La Fée Bistande.

Jean-Louis and Laurent Gili know how to produce rich and generous wines. Grapes are harvested optimally and vinified in a traditional way: the winemakers can produce deep red wines with ripe fruit aromas. Château La Peyrouse (red) is the conclusive result. It has received two medals this year for the 2016 vintage. In general, it is a good country wine from Vallèe du Paradis, which exists in white or rosé. As from April, this estate will convert to organic farming.

" The new musketeers of the fitou! " This is the nickname of Jean-Michel Schmitt, Mary and their son John. Their greatest success is certainly their fitou: Grenache vines, lladoner-pelut, carignan, syrah. Nose on very mature grapes, pepper, black fruits - cassis, ripe. Rich mouth, powerful, expressing incredibly sound. Silky of the tannins, density of the matter. Magnificent balance. This beverage is almost reminiscent of a port. A masterpiece… Note a collection of large table wines up to 5 years for some!

Stephan Roger took over from his grandfather in 1990. The estate is located in the heart of the village and can accommodate its customers and help them discover all the aspects of the exploitation. But beware, visits are only by appointment. On the estate, the wine harvests are mixed, part of them are by hand, the other with machine that sorts and removes anything that can damage the high-quality maceration. The grape varieties are vinified separately, tasted throughout the winemaking and assembled before being placed in barrels for a part: Domaine du Grand Planal "aged in oak barrels." In terms of grape variety, the estate gives way to grenache, carignan, and mourvèdre grape varieties on stony-clay soils, cinsault and syrah on rather sand-clay soils, but there are also merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Stephan sometimes makes his customers taste unassembled grape varieties of the year, to allow them to compare with the bottled finished products, discover different tastes, aromas, and understand the complexity of grape farming and winemaking. Owned by the Boyer family, which has been making wines for five generations, Château de Caux-et-Sauzens is located a few minutes from Carcassonne, on the banks of the Canal du Midi. The château's wines, some of which are award-winning, are made from a variety of grape varieties that cover more than 86 hectares, including 22 hectares converted to organic farming. The AOP Malepère was awarded a gold medal at the 2019 International Wine Challenge, a silver medal at the 2019 Terre de Vins Competition and obtained 3 stars in the 2019 Hachette Wine Guide. Chardonnay and sauvignon produce the round and fruity Pays d'Oc whites, which won a gold medal at the 2018 Challenge International du Vin. The IGP Pays d'Oc red wines, also crowned with gold, are made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, they highlight red fruit aromas and woody notes, which persist in the mouth, blending perfectly with meat and cheese. Rosé wines are also in the spotlight at the château, which produces PGIs also made from a blend of two grape varieties, cinsault and grenache, which give the wines fruity citrus aromas. The notoriety of this cooperative cellar is no longer in doubt. Among the wines proposed, we chose to introduce you to the classic: Jordane de Lauran 2008, a red wine that is homogeneous, well-balanced, supple, delicate, and pleasant. We have a soft spot for the Saint-Marcellin 2007, composed of Syrah, a red wine with a very intense colour, a complex nose of ripe fruits, spices, and venison fur, subtly vanilla and undernotes. In the mouth, it is sweet and roasted, with still firm tannins carrying fruity and creamy spice aromas, with a hint of liquorice, violet, and truffle. The finish is vanilla with a very good length. To be enjoyed and savoured, in moderation of course.

On the first foothills of the Black Mountain, the vineyard of the estate stretches over 60 hectares around the castle, with well-anchored varieties from an aromatic point of view. The very old terraces with high stoniness produce the most dense and concentrated wines of the Cabardès. Composed of Merlot, Syrah and Grenache, Château Jouclary is a well-structured wine with a dark ruby robe. This wine, which thrives entirely on bottle-feeding, has been repeatedly distinguished. The estate has existed since 1900. The ancestor Louis Biscan worked 5 hectares of vines. The estate took the name of Biscan-Pujol by marriage a generation later, and it was in 2000 that André Izard took part in the estate. Yves, Jean-Claude Pujol and himself now vinify about a hundred hectares in a high-tech cellar. The range is wide and diversified, 16 wines in total. For each of them, a golden rule: late harvests for very ripe and sweet grapes. The selection, parcel by parcel, is made by grape variety and by category. Here, we work in sustainable agriculture. These winegrowers, as you will have understood, are passionate and have the desire to always improve themselves. The white is a single variety of chardonnay, and the rosé is a "bleeding rosé". The AOCs are aged in new barrels, for precisely woody wines. We could still comment on the wines of the estate for a long time to come, as the tasting has seduced us so much. The best thing is to visit the cellar where one of these alchemists will give you a very complete visit.

This castle, a former Post Office of the Spanish Road, has been owned by the Abelanet family since 1667. For generations, medals, diplomas and quality wines have been honoured. For over 35 years, bottling has been on the scene, and it has been 20 years since the domain was classified as a castle. Today, Régis, Marie-Françoise and their son Roman have the heavy task of managing a field of 20 hectares of vines classified in AOC Fitou. Beautiful creations from old barrel carignans: La Cuvée Roma and La Cuvée Vieille. Its red wines have beautiful ruby dresses and pink reflections, a nose with ripe fruit notes, hints of raspberry and spices, its soft and round attack "looks like lace…", Jackie Bonnet, master sommelier at Narbonne.

From the 60 ha of vineyards, Patrick Reverdy, Laurent his son and Paul his grandson offer numerous cuvées that are very much appreciated in the region and far beyond. The two best known are the reds; in AOC Corbières Boutenac, the Romain Pauc vintage and a reserved vintage, in AOC Corbières. You will find the "wines of La Voulte" in many restaurants in the Aude region, from the starred Gilles Goujon at the Auberge du Vieux Puits to the restaurants of the villages. Visit the cellar, a superb achievement.

Marie-Claude and Paul Chefdebien are committed to making the most of nature while preserving it. This is why the thirty hectares of old vines (some of which are more than half a century old!) that they have used since 1997 are perfectly maintained with the help of a reasoned and reasonable application of treatments. Harvests are mainly done by hand for red grape varieties, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, while white grape varieties, Bourboulenc, Vermentino, Viognier, Roussanne, are harvested with a machine to preserve the ideal temperature of the fruit. We recommend the cuvée Augustine 2016, a gold medalist at the Concours 2018 des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon and a silver medal winner at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2018. Do not hesitate to go and enjoy some good wines directly in the cellar; you will have the opportunity to visit the remains of the former abbey restored in 2013.

Created in 1929, Conques's winery has renewed its vineyard of 450 hectares, while investing in efficient equipment. The particularity of its climate allows for the marriage of varieties such as black Grenache and Syrah for roundness and finesse, Merlot and Cabernet-sauvignon for colour, aromas and bouquet. Cuvée, with its sustained dress, on the complex nose, with aromas of prunes, leather and spices is ideal for game, daubes and stew. La Cuvée Notre Dame de la Gardie, with its deep red robe and aromas of ripe red fruit, is a fruity and generous wine in the mouth, neatly accompanying traditional cuisine. You can also note the Prestige Prestige wines and the cave Crystal of Grotte in oak barrels for twelve months in the caves of Limousis.

The domaine de Marijuana and Baptiste Bonnet, wine growers since 1969, stretches over 25 acres, 15 of which are listed in AOC minervois. This is the son Olive Tree which took up the torch here are 10 years. Combined with the modern methods of winemaking, particularly the aromatic varieties - syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, and marsanne role - enabled hoist the wines from the estate of the large minervois. After a very strict selection of grains, winemaking is suitable for each grape variety. Located on the municipalities of Ornaisons, Bizanet, Cruscade and Luc-sur-Corbières in Terroir-de-Lézignan, Boutenac and Fontfroide, this vineyard covers more than 37 hectares, of which slightly less than half is in AOC Corbières. The soil is mostly clay-calcareous, with marnes and severe. The predominant vine here is carignan, with Grenache (red and white), syrah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon (some ares of white maccabeu and mourvèdre). Apart from the AOC Corbières red, the domain mainly produces a PGI Country of Oc (red, white, rosé), a PGI Country e l'Aude, as well as a white Corbières.

It was in 2003 that the family decided to leave the co-op to embark on its own adventure. And the vintage vintage since this date has all acquired a solid notoriety! Start with "No Angel Ni Demon", easily recognizable to its label, the logo of the name cabardès somewhat modified… % half in barrel, half in tank, it is not uncommon for this red wine to be found on big tables! Another remarkable taste: Le Bois des Roses, a mature Cabernet cabernet with tapas or convivial aperitifs. The area also proposes the wine, with vintage vintages in oak barrels. Congratulations to Jean-Marie Bertrou, who is also the initiator of the old Tools of Conques-sur-Orbiel, a collection that has been carefully acquired by the family over the years and generations.

This estate was established in 1850 by Emile Rolland. Since then, six generations have succeeded on the estate. Currently, it is Louis Colomer who exploits the 24 hectares of shale hillsides, the main part of the grape variety consists of carignan, grenache noir and syrah. Since 2009, the farming has evolved to become organic, and since 2012, it has been the case. The philosophy of this estate is remarkable "Never ask to ground more than it can give. Enhance qualitatively what it gives to you". We particularly recommend you two Fitou wines: Colline des Fées aged in barrels and Vieilles Vignes where syrah and old carignan blend in harmony. This is a beautiful story that Sophie and Philippe. They met in a cellar of Hérault while they were students, Sophie in oenology and Philippe in agriculture, joined their lives and grew this vineyard of 7 hectares over the years. Two major vintages stand out and invite you to their names, to idleness and to pleasure. The Terrassettes is a assemblage of several varieties and Les Sundays brings together snails and Grenache. Flavours to be discovered, especially since the young couple is part of a biological logic and the harvest usually takes place with family and friends, who do not deprive themselves of giving their opinions at the tasting. Another wine, The Lolo of the Anhel, should satisfy the least demanding of connoisseurs.

Les Maîtres Vignerons du Paradis are located on Haut-Fitou and include four villages: Cascastel, Fraisse, Saint-Jean-du-Barrou and Villesèque. Several appellations are proposed by the 150 winegrowers: corbières, fitou of course, but also rivesaltes and muscat de Rivesaltes. Occupied by the Jesuits from 1628, this 18-hectare vineyard, setup between pine trees and scrubland, is being converted to organic farming. From old south facing vines which have carefully been transformed to wine, Château Ventaillole AOC vintage is a marvel. Developed by a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Fer Servadou, this wine will let you discover the originality of Cabardes. Its unique label invented by the winemaker, was realised with the raids of the grapes. As a Wine for connoisseurs, it will satisfy amateurs.

Created in 1935, the Les Celliers de l'Aussou cooperative works on the vineyards located beside the Fontfroide, at few kilometers only from Narbonne, and in the middle of the scrubland. The special feature of the wines of the estate is that they are made from selected plots and harvested by hand. With 50% of black carignan, 35% of black grenache and 15% of syrah, you will enjoy the tasting of the red AOC Corbières Chefdebien. After its vinification in carbonic maceration, the wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrel. It goes well for example with cassoulet, the Aude traditional dish, but can also be kept for a few years depending on your patience. The special feature of Les Celliers de l'Aussou lies in the union of the vine and fruit: your table will be full of conviviality with the "innovative wines" which are the aromatised wines such as red-raspberry, white-nectarine and rosé-grapefruit. Enjoy them during the aperitif.

Luc Lapeyre is an authentic winegrower who expresses himself through the work of the land he loves so much. For him, the winegrower's work must begin with the soil and its originality. He seeks complexity in the production of his organic wines and obtains fresh and delicate nectars. The wine is matured in oak casks and 500-litre barrels, as written in the traditional manuscripts of the vinification of Languedoc wines. However, the wine does not remain marked by wood because Luc knows how to remove the wine from its containers at the right time. The cuvée is composed of reds, including the remarkable "Les Clots 2007", whites ("Nuit blanche"), rosés and a sparkling wine: "La buble pas pâle"... Another particularity of our winegrower: he does not lack humour and so much the better, because this quality ideally goes with the wines of the estate. You will notice the label of "L'Amourier" which will remind you of the cover of a famous book publishing company, or "Le vin à boire" which awaits only one thing: that you taste at the estate with Lucques olives that will be served to you by the owner.

Winemakers Champagne from father to son since 1872, Roland Augustin and his son Loïc and Yann made Fabas castle a reference inevitable in Minervois. The 62 acres of vineyards into their roots in a clay and limestone soil. These thin floors give poor are synonymous with aromatic concentrations. After picking off, the red grapes have a long maceration, followed by an aging in oak of the Tronçais forest. The reference of the domain: the vintage Lord, assembly of 60 of syrah and 40 of grenache, high in barrels from 18 to 24 months. Our favourite is the vintage Lord - - white, with vermentino, high seven months in burgundy barrel with bâtonnage on the lees. Intense, complex and expressive, wines from the estate bear the name of this local that gives these flavours of authenticity to them.

The many centuries experience revealed that, cabernet- franc, just like the merlot and cabernet - sauvignon extraordinary thrived on its filtering soils. « Exception »  is made from cabernet- franc in wooden tronic vats which gives it a strong mellow and concentrated character. This red wine (ruby), exhales opulent flavours like spices, moka, raspberry, tobacco, country and bitter orange tast, very fine tannins with grilled notes. Its storage potential is of about eight to ten years.
