On the first foothills of the Black Mountain, the vineyard of the estate stretches over 60 hectares around the castle, with well-anchored varieties from an aromatic point of view. The very old terraces with high stoniness produce the most dense and concentrated wines of the Cabardès. Composed of Merlot, Syrah and Grenache, Château Jouclary is a well-structured wine with a dark ruby robe. This wine, which thrives entirely on bottle-feeding, has been repeatedly distinguished.
