This castle, a former post Office of the Spanish Road, has been owned by the Abelanet family since 1667. For generations, medals, diplomas and quality wines have been honoured. For over 35 years, bottling has been on the scene, and it has been 20 years since the domain was classified as castle. Today, Régis, Marie-Françoise and their son Roman have the heavy task of managing a field of 20 hectares of vines classified in AOC Fitou. Beautiful creation from old barrel carignans: La Cuvée Roma and La Cuvée Vieille. Its red wines have beautiful ruby dresses and pink reflections, nose with ripe fruit notes, with hints of raspberry and spices, its soft and round attack "looks like lace…", Jackie Bonnet, master sommelier at Narbonne.
