Occupied by the Jesuits from 1628, this 18-hectare vineyard, setup between pine trees and scrubland, is being converted to organic farming. From old south facing vines which have carefully been transformed to wine, Château Ventaillole AOC vintage is a marvel. Developed by a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Fer Servadou, this wine will let you discover the originality of Cabardes. Its unique label invented by the winemaker, was realised with the raids of the grapes. As a Wine for connoisseurs, it will satisfy amateurs.
