If some people know how to respect the family tradition of vineyard work well done, but also how to free themselves from it to make wines of today and tomorrow, the Maury couple are one of them! We find here, in a blend dominated by Syrah and Mourvèdre, the tempered character of the beautiful wines of La Clape in which notes of ripe black fruits, flavours of garrigue and spices are expressed. A wine to drink or to keep for two or three more years to allow the tannins to soften. Don't hesitate to call to arrange a tasting!
