Founded in 1983, this brand aims to give pride of place to local wines, especially from the Bergerac region. The wines on offer come either from family vineyards, or from Julien de Savignac's own winegrowers, or from partner vineyards in the region, of course. For example, Château Thénac, Château Briand-Bergerac, Domaine des Costes and many other vintages can be found in the various wine shops of the brand, which is well established in the Dordogne (Périgueux, Sarlat-la-Canéda, Brantôme).

Located in the heart of Sarlat, the store sells alcohols made in the old Lapouge Distillery in Madrazes, founded in 1860, which later became Distillerie du Périgord. Their offer is based on the Périgord region: ratafia, walnut liqueurs, truffle or chestnut based aperitifs... Not forgetting their range of Lascaw whisky, aged between 5 and 20 years! A pastry chef by trade from the Périgord region, Roland Manouvrier is a renowned master ice cream maker. He handcrafts ice creams and sorbets with subtle, gourmet flavors, using fruit, flowers and spices. We love his jasmine, rose petal and violet ice creams, his espresso coffee, fleur de sel caramel, marron glacé, Périgord walnut and Périgord strawberry sorbets. The bread of Peyrignac is known and recognized. It is a tasty bread, with a crispy crust and a soft crumb that can be kept. Nicolas bakes his pies, sticks and other baguettes over a wood fire. He has developed a 100% organic range. The bakery participated in "the best bakery in France" in September 2019. The cakes, brioches with pralines, panettones are also a huge success with all the gourmands. You can find Peyrignac's bread on the markets of the region and in several bread shops. At Jean-Christophe Gounou, Maître Artisan Glacier, you'll melt with pleasure at the immense choice of flavors and aromas, from the most classic to the most inventive. Passionate about his craft, Jean-Christophe sources his raw materials as locally as possible. His pistachio ice cream is a big hit, but his other flavors are a hit with gourmets, even in Périgueux, where they can be found. Frozen pastries, crêpes and waffles, fondues and chocolate soups, and milkshakes complete a generously iced offer!

This artisanal company works only with local productions and benefits from the certified origin IGP Périgord (duck fed with corn, raised, force-fed and cooked in Périgord). On the spot, sale of canned food, cooked products (enchauds, cassoulet with duck confit, goose stew, coq au vin...) and fresh products with the possibility of visiting the production laboratory. Le Fournil de la Cité is located near the Cité church. Tables inside and on the terrace allow you to enjoy a pastry, a savoury pie or a sandwich. Everything is homemade by Jean-Pierre Gorbath. The Jouve family has been established since 1988 as artisanal preservers, a label that guarantees quality and authenticity. In their shop you will find all the preserves from their workshop in Castels: semi-cooked duck foie gras, blocks of liver, pâtés, rillettes, duck sauerkraut, quail with foie gras. We like the aperitifs (5 tins of 65 g of duck foie gras with fruit to make toast as an aperitif). The house also has another point of sale in Domme in the Grand Rue (05 53 28 31 54).
