We love his peanut caramel ice cream, his Piedmont and Sunshine verrines so delicious and his simple millefeuille - puff pastry with Charente Poitou PDO butter, Madagascar vanilla pastry cream and marbled fondant. There are also the En'k (caramel fleur de sel shortbread with crunchy pearls), macaroons, homemade jams, panettones and walnut cakes... We like everything!
