Here, no deference and no misplaced claims: you are half way between the corner bistro and the restaurant where you get the recovering for a reasonable sum. The entrance of the MIDI formula consists of a cold buffet in free service, with delicious courgettes on the Neapolitan, but also more traditional commodities: sausages, local rillettes, etc. Two dishes are then offered each day, with different types of accompaniments, never frites beans from the cru. It's fine simple, and several desserts will complement this meal, not to mention a small coffee before resuming the road. On sunny days, a beautiful terrace awaits you, dominating a whole stroll.

The burgers are in the same range, chopped steak, double, breaded fish or chicken, alone or in menu. The little more really cool that makes all the difference remains the taco, to compose yourself with one to three meat choices. Mixing merguez, kebab and steaks for a classic flavour or chicken and tenders for a single go to Texas has never been easier. The hotel is an ideal place for a quick break, without taking a head, but where good taste is at your doorstep.

Issam and Soufiane prefer Italian fresh products and recipes, especially for homemade pasta, and they have added the small local flavours that make good for morale: ingredients that have attracted the most difficult and one can only welcome the hand of the two young people who are committed to quality. You will find on the map the big classics but we, what we have preferred, are homemade creations like Gascony with fresh cream, gizzards and duck magret or Buffalo with its astonishing barbecue cream, its square beef and turkey bacon! Regional and sweet-salted specialities are present, as well as varieties of seafood or fish. The slices invite you to the menu around five meats, a nice option for a delicious little trough.
