L'INATTENDU
To the unexpected you are like at home. This small, family-friendly troquet offers regional cuisine, both traditional and abundant but only made up of fresh products… and Martine, the chef, keeps it there! Outside typical Gers, including the excellent Tatin pie in the Foie gras or the delicious goat crispy, she does not hesitate to enrich the map following her inspiration. We recommend the walnuts of saint-Jacques to hazelnuts, a beautiful combination of flavours or the beef pad, based on wish! Dessert proposals change every day, but you're sure to find the essential crisp to apples. From the fine days, the garden and its terrace open to the rays of the sun and it's an additional charm to this establishment, which we love the kindness of the patron, the quick service, the magnificent view of the dungeon and the typical Land atmosphere.

a very liquid fish soup decorated exclusively few croutons
profiteroles, exits freezer with a " larme" chocolate, plugs while our choice was made on another dessert menu but in rupture.
bouquet: the menu " famous of Pères" on website offers ¼ de wine Biscay included. Our surprise was note on the touch in addition charged wine...
Our advice, go under the Food Market and enjoy a gourmet menu with all inclusive 12,50€ - experienced and very happy -

Including each year, the "radio hams the Hautes-Pyrénées and Gers" find themselves in a friendly way around a nice restaurant. This year, Gers had in charge the organisation of the day, and had in mind the town of Bassoues. After the again a visit to this charming village, a quality was served at
