Outside typical Gers, including the excellent Tatin pie in the Foie gras or the delicious goat crispy, she does not hesitate to enrich the map following her inspiration. We recommend the walnuts of saint-Jacques to hazelnuts, a beautiful combination of flavours or the beef pad, based on wish! Dessert proposals change every day, but you're sure to find the essential crisp to apples.
