Relaunched a few years ago under the old market hall, the Bassoues market delights regulars and visitors alike, all fans of local produce. There's only one rule here: no resellers, with the exception of the fishmonger. Sundays are a key rendezvous for the region's producers and craftsmen. Pastry chefs, bakers, free-range poultry breeders, fresh pasta makers, market gardeners and nurserymen are also present, and in summer, grinders, ceramists and jewelry designers join the gathering.
