Ten miles south of Marcillac, here is an address to test absolutely. The important clientele of the hotel's clientele is a sign of quality that does not fool! Recipes are passed on from generation to generation, which does not prevent the chef from risking some culinary digress. It turns out that the result is really convincing. The traditional lamb ribs, ris lamb to the ceps and stockfisch side with preparations with exotic flavours such as excellent duck duck to the dice of mango. The pleasant surroundings, the family atmosphere and the inventive kitchen make this hostel a unique address in the region, which also supplies the canteens of the local establishments, and feeds small schoolchildren to good regional products.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs qui ont induit mon ami en erreur! A l'occasion d'une fête surprise pour les 50 ans de son épouse ce week-end, ce traiteur nous a très mal servi (l'entrée ressemble à un amuse bouche de mauvaise qualité) une nourriture d'origine et de transformation industrielle (notamment de la macédoine en boite et des préparations chimiques pour le gâteau!!) dont seule la qualité du fromage et de la viande étaient au rendez vous. Il a bien failli empoisonner notre amie avec un saumon avarié déjà ammoniaqué ! Et je ne parle pas du rapport qualité/prix digne des pires guet-apens à touristes; une menu alléchant et cher sur le papier qui n'a rien à voir avec la nourriture de cantine qui nous a été servie!
