This family estate, located on the banks of the Orb, is an exceptional winegrowing property. For six generations, the Viennet family has been perpetuating the winegrowing tradition, and since 2006 has been focusing on wine tourism. The estate covers 60 hectares and produces a range of 12 wines, aged in a magnificent cellar carved out of the rock. This 145-hectare estate produces high quality wines from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil gives birth to famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. Created in 1928, this aperitif based on cinchona, spices and herbs has been part of every meal and festive evening. Today, almost a century after its creation, Aurélien Carrelas, a native of Audois who loves his land, has developed the product in three versions.
