The domain of Camplazens is a wild island in the heart of the limestone massif of La Clape where garrigue and vines have been married for 2000 years. Its name means "camp of pleasure", pleasure of a land, a vineyard, a challenge... A challenge taken up by Yann, Philippe and Léandre for nearly 10 years. Their objective? To make the most of the exceptional terroir that is La Clape, by offering white, rosé and red wines of great quality, while respecting the environment and biodiversity. Proof of success, 99% of the production is exported to more than 26 countries.

The Château des Hospitaliers is a wedding venue located in Entre-Vignes. It offers a top-of-the-range reception hall as well as a gîte for guests. The estate has a rich history and offers quality local produce. The estate is easily accessible by car, just 6 minutes from exit 27 of the A9 freeway. It is also close to Montpellier airport (25 minutes) and the Montpellier TGV (25 minutes) and Nîmes Centre (35 minutes) train stations.

Domaine de Panéry is a winery that offers visitors a unique experience. With its online store, wine lovers can discover and order a wide selection of quality wines and olive oils. Frédéric Morin and his family welcome you to their winery, set between vineyards and a pond. 16 hectares of vines on steep, schistose slopes facing the sea that Élise pampers by following the wise advice of her father. A perfectionist, she has sought freshness and elegance in her red and white vintages. A warm reception awaits you in the cellar and not in the cellar. The terroir, composed of black schist, is located along the Agly valley, at the foot of the Far tower. The vines surround a beautiful house from the last century. Among the range of 12 wines, we had a crush on the Bastien vintage in red and the Sentinelles in white. Domaine Puech Auger is a family-run business that has been handed down from generation to generation. Backed by Mont Saint-Baudille, the first foothill of the Cévennes, the estate benefits from a superb terroir. Didier Crezegut, who continues his father's work, strives to enhance this terroir in the pure Languedoc tradition. The domaine offers a selection of quality wines, including Dolomies Rouge Puech Auger, Faïsses De Jean Puech Auger and Canques Rouge Puech Auger. Domaine Puech Auger is a must for wine lovers in the region.

Domaine Virgile Joly is a winery located in the heart of the Languedoc region, in the village of Saint Saturnin de Lucian. Founded in 2000 by Virgile and Magdalena Joly, their aim is to popularize the Terrasses du Larzac appellation by producing quality organic wines. The domaine offers delivery services for those wishing to taste their wines at home. On-site tastings are available by appointment at weekends. Domaine Virgile Joly offers an authentic experience for wine lovers and epicureans, in a picturesque Languedoc setting.

Nicolas, as a worthy heir of the family, will make you discover the complexity and the differences, between crémants and blanquettes, patiently elaborated, with grape varieties such as white chenin, chardonnay, pinot noir or mauzac. A shower of medals comes every year to crown these vintages through the cuvées "Ma maison", "Prestige", "Domaine Rosier" or the inevitable cuvée "L" real favorite. As for the still wine, you can appreciate a 100% chardonnay in AOC Limoux or in Vin Pays d'Oc. An intimate address not to be missed, to visit absolutely.

As much as his wines, which are among the best in the Roussillon, it is Mathieu's personality and philosophy that left us stunned. This young winemaker with a pleasant and smiling face is a poet of the vine. To listen to him speak is to drink his wines! Very humbly, he explains his philosophy: "The winegrower must give way to the terroir. I make wines that resemble the place where they were born. The soul of this country must be concentrated at the bottom of a glass...". Exquisite juices in the 3 colours and in VDN. We love them!

The particularity of the estate comes from the different terroirs: to the south, in the Aspres, 50 hectares on clay-limestone soils, greedy wines with character, and to the north, in the Agly valley (Maury), about ten hectares spread over schist, granite and gneiss, here it is the minerality that speaks, the finesse of the tannins and the complexity of the aromas. And in the end, we get warm, very aromatic and balanced wines. We like this balance in their wines but also the love of the land, the transmission of knowledge, generation after generation.

Château Maylandie is a vineyard located in Ferrals-les-Corbières, in the town of Ferrals-les-Corbières. The vineyard offers a variety of wines, such as Cabanon rosé 2020, Cabanon blanc 2020, Carnache 2018, Exquises Esquisses rouge 2020 without added sulfites, Cabanon 2020 in white, rosé and red, Exquises Esquisses rosé 2020, Villa Ferrae 2018, Férals 2019 and Cabanon rouge 2020. Château Maylandie offers AOC Corbières rosé wines, AOC Corbières white wines, AOC Corbières-Boutenac wines and AOC Corbières red wines.

The Benedictine people of Maguelone were the first to plant vines on the estate in 1229. Subsequently, from the th to the th century, the Roque family, the family name of the castle, cultivates the vine and develops the craft crafts. In September 2006, Jacques Figuette settled on a land of course shaped as an amphitheatre, which promotes a mature maturity of mourvèdre, syrah and Grenache. The three colours are: red and rosé, under the appellation-du-Languedoc cru-Saint-Loup. To discover: in red the Cuvée Numismae 2005, high 18 months in the barrel, very deep, with persistent notes of wood fruits, also spent on wood, the white Cuvée Clos des Benedictine.

Located in the Massif de la Clape, the Château Laquirou vineyard is home to 40 hectares of organically grown vines, surrounded by 60 hectares of garrigue. The range of wines produced on site have sweet Latin names, with a rare cuvée; the Auréus Prestige, a premium red aged in oak barrels. The estate extends over 30 hectares around imposing, finely renovated buildings - it feels like a hamlet. Patrick's wines are often praised by the specialist press and, to top it all off, Château Montana is one of the few houses in Roussillon whose wines are awarded medals every year! Château Montana is an essential stop on the wine route.

In the heart of the low Aspres, "the little Tuscany of Roussillon", Château Planères appears like a balcony overlooking the Albères, the sea and the Canigó. The vineyard extends over 100 hectares, around a Catalan farmhouse on the Planères plateau. The owners claim their Catalan peasant character and welcome you in the superb tasting cellar of the estate to intoxicate you with their wines, which are regularly rewarded by the specialized press. Eclectic price range: there is something for all tastes and budgets. A beautiful return to the roots!

Château de Luc, located in Luc-sur-Orbieu, is a winery owned by the Fabre family. Its vineyards, planted on the stony terraces of the Orbieu and the windy foothills of the Alaric, produce wines characterized by concentration and harmonious balance. The château welcomes visitors to its stables, now converted into a tasting cellar, where they can discover the 14th-century underground cellars, a unique historical testimony in the region. Château de Luc offers a variety of activities, such as the Balade Vigneronne, the Visite insolite du château, the Escape Game and the Live Tasting. It also offers a selection of wines, including La Serre, Viognier Chimère and Vin doux naturel de grenache.

Situated on 12 hectares of sun-drenched schist slopes, Jérôme Rateau's vineyard is ideally suited to producing elegant wines. Since 2007, he has been producing ruby-red wines with aromas of red fruits and spices. AOP Faugères grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault are used to produce reds and rosés. Some cuvées, aged in oak barrels, have excellent ageing potential. Jérôme also produces 2 complex white wines, to delight all palates.

Château de Bouchassy is a winery located in Roquemaure. Here you can taste Lirac and Côtes-du-Rhône wines. The owners, Michèle and Nicolas Degoul, are passionate winemakers.

Between Millas and Bélesta, perched at an altitude of 354 m, Château de Caladroy is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and garrigue. Since the ^12th century, it has defended the Franco-Spanish border, and from destruction to reconstruction, its past is steeped in war and history. A winegrower's property since the ^19th century, it retains a spectacular architecture that harmoniously blends the different eras. The tasting cellar is housed beneath the château's foundations, in a chapel built in the ^12th century.

The vineyard is planted on 40 hectares of clay-gravel and sandy-gravel soils and includes a wide variety of grape varieties, respecting the biotope as the estate has been organic since 2013. Océane, Jules and Romain (Jules is the future oenologist who is still a baby) perpetuate the tradition that has made the reputation of the estate while bringing "a touch of freshness and innovation" (says Romain) expressed through a new range of wines. A young couple full of ambition but also of simplicity to whom we wish a long life in wine.

Translate "Tête de bois", this high place of the wine history of Roussillon, both anchored in the tradition and turned to the future, extends on 90 ha cultivated on stony clayey grounds. In the coolness of the " cayrous " cellar, you can taste a wide range of white, red, rosé and natural sweet wines. The Vignerons du Vallespir is a group of 70 winegrowers who have adhered to the values of cooperation since 1949. The vineyard extends from Céret at the gates of Vallespir to Le Boulou and includes some villages in the Aspres at the foot of the Albères. This variety of terroir can be found in the wines, which range from the fruitiest to the most robust. In summer, special tastings are organized as well as a village market in the streets of Le Boulou on Thursday and Sunday mornings.

The identity of this plural land of Aspres is found in the wines of Virginie and André which are regularly highlighted by the specialized press. This couple in love with everything, and also very much in love with life and a disciple of Rabelais (and a bit of Hendrix too...), made us fall in love. The reputation of the domain is also due to the unforgettable parties that it organizes all year long. To name just one, the Jeudis de la Perdrix (tasting, grilling, music and partying until late) have become an institution in the region.

The^250m2 sales area (and its large car park) will seduce you with its choice of carefully selected winemakers. Steve and Jess spend their time tasting bottles, so you can trust them! The philosophy of this shop is to offer wines at producer prices. The other strength of Vincoeur Catalan is their online site where you can place orders and which is full of treasures. We particularly liked the richness of the content not only on the wines but also on each producer. Hats off to them!

The Domaine Saint Thomas covers 25 hectares of vines, 3 hectares of cherry trees, 3 hectares of apricot trees and 3 hectares of olive trees. In season, come to the estate to harvest your cherries and buy their fruits at the cellar. Laurence and Pierre Jean are dedicated to wine tourism: 3 rural gîtes (4 épis), rental of a 90-seat winegrower's room, guided tours of the estate all summer, Wine Tour in a 4X4 in the Collioure vineyards with picnic and tasting... But the strength of the Domaine Saint Thomas lies in its 3 wine-growing terroirs, which offer a complete range of wines for all tastes and budgets.

On the terraces of Canigó or the granite hills of Fenouillèdes, the territory of Terres Romanes is rich and varied. This mountain vineyard has thus rediscovered its ancestral identity, from the time when the vine was present at altitude on the sunny slopes. The Terres Romanes team offers tasting and initiation courses. More for pleasure than for technique, the free workshops for adults and children allow you to desacralize the world of wine.

The Côtes d'Agly cooperative cellar reflects the astonishing mosaic of terroirs in the Agly valley. The result of the merger of 5 cellars in the Agly valley (Estagel, Montner, Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes and Lesquerde), the Côtes d'Agly winegrowers' cellar is now one of the leading AOC Côtes du Roussillon winegrowing cooperatives, with more than 250 winemakers. It is also called the cellar with 7 appellations for the diversity of the wines it offers for sale. The choice is vast and delicious and the welcome very friendly.

Marc comes from a long winemaking tradition. Continuously, the sea entries come to refresh the vine and give it precious humidity. The marriage between the Mediterranean climate and the very stony soils gives his wines a strong typicity. We loved the Grande Terre Rouge cuvée made from two neighbouring plots of old vines (Syrah and Grenache Noir). Let's not forget to mention the new "original version" cuvée without sulphites - nothing but fruit on the palate! A supple and greedy wine full of freshness. A sure value!

In the heart of a 40 hectare wine estate planted with centuries-old vines, and which extends its lands on pebbled terraces overlooking the nearby sea, Cathy and Philippe welcome you in 2 gîtes adjoining their house, an authentic Catalan farmhouse. Les Vendangeurs can accommodate 9 people in an independent house, nicely furnished. Les Porteurs, ideal for 6 people, is nestled in the luxuriance of the bougainvillea. Charm and fantasy, warm or acidic tones and beautiful materials will make you want to stay longer.

At the Cellier des Arcades, the emphasis is on the wines of the department and on organic wine. From April to July, two Saturdays a month, in this beautiful house with its vaulted ceiling and stone walls made of Tech pebbles, Henri organises beautiful tastings in the presence of the winegrower to help you discover a domain. When we ask him to name his favourite vintages, he replies: "impossible to answer, I like everything! ». A good address to accompany the good and delicious local products brought back from the famous market of Céret.

A family property since 1955, Château de la Tuilerie is located on the oldest geological part of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. The vineyard extends over 59 hectares surrounded by the purple foothills of the Cévennes to the west and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. The Château de la Tuilerie is considered one of the references of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, offering wines of great finesse and elegance. Known for his ineffable place La Cantine du Curé, Benjamin has chosen organic agriculture to produce his own wines. His vines cover 16 hectares and are harvested by hand. Carignan, Muscat, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are naturally brought to maturity to produce wines such as the red Viti Vini Bibi or Six Roses (a rosé to be drunk chilled) or Bulle, a sweet sparkling wine made from Terret and Muscat, perfect as an aperitif or with dessert.

Located on the wine road, in St-Pierre-la-Mer and leaning against the foothills of the La Clape massif, this estate produces on 21 ha an AOC La Clape wine, unique and authentic because soil and climate are conducive to its elaboration. The grapes are harvested by hand and in the cellar tradition and modernity are combined to get the best out of it. You will discover 3 distinct categories: "Young and fruity", light and fresh wines, "Terroir and character", red wines reflecting the local vineyard and the "Crus du Château", concentrated of the best. Château Moyau is a magnificent haven of rest.

Built in 1928, the Saint-Dézery winery is strategically located between Nîmes, Alès, Uzès and Anduze. It is famous for the creation of the "Saint D" range, the result of integrated and organic farming, rigorous grape selection, meticulous vinification and 42 winemakers who have decided to slowly but surely shake up the image of cooperatives. An image that's a little out of favor, despite the fine work of some of them. Enjoy your tasting!

The Jordi and Dorian siblings have been practicing organic farming for 10 years on 20 ha of vines, 3 ha of olive trees and 1 ha of almond trees. "Organic is hard work" but they are proud of this philosophy and will be happy to discuss it with you during a tasting at the cellar. And speaking of vines, perhaps they will show you the way to this parcel where the majestic juniper tree, which is 1,600 years old, is enthroned in its heart. A beautiful family adventure and committed winemakers!

Attention jewel and colorful character. As much as we love his wines, we love Gilles' glibness, the special way he talks about his work, his love of the land and the farming world. And then when he fills your glass, something magical really happens. To quote a colleague, "his vintages perfectly combine density, greed and freshness". He proposes confidential but ultra precise wines, and above all wines that have presence, like him. The specialized press loves him and we, at the Petit Futé, adore him!

Originally from the Champagne region of France, Jean-Michel worked for a network of wine merchants for many years before setting up in the region of 37 PDOs in 2010. His cellars in Narbonne and Gruissan are 100% Languedoc-Roussillon wines, with more than 850 references, including over 500 organic wines, and provide a dynamic wine scene throughout the Narbonnais region, organizing numerous events (see Facebook, Instagram). More than just a 14-hectare estate already recognised and praised by the specialist press, the Coume del Mas is a philosophy in which the word terroir takes on its full meaning. "From the fusion between man and his environment, a precious wine is born". We would not advise you to choose one vintage over another, everything is delicious and to be enjoyed without moderation. Fine and elegant wines that you must absolutely discover, all the more so as from the cellar adjoining the Domaine les Tines (and the famous Mémé Jeanette) the view over the slopes and the sea is breathtaking!

An unconditional love of the land, the desire to bring out the soul of the terroir and a working philosophy based on intra-cellular vinification are the guidelines of the Ciry Cattaneo estate, created by David Ciry, an oenologist by trade, and Marion Cattaneo, a chocolatier. You will enjoy Sang Neuf, Malabestia, Les Petites Choses and Les Hirondelles, all produced in limited quantities.

Don't feel like cooking? You're sure to find what you're looking for at l'Ensoleillade in the halles de Saint-Pierre. A leading caterer since 2005 in Saint-Pierre and Narbonne-Plage. Mathieu Bernard, a trained butcher and chef, offers traditional and typically Mediterranean dishes such as boles de picolat, paella, bouillabaisse (to order), matured prime rib and other grilled sausages and kebabs. You'll also find prepared dishes in jars, Occitan charcuterie... A must!

Château de Marmorières, a favorite among La Clape wine lovers, acquired a former commandery and its superb vineyards on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer in 2005. The wines coming out of Jehan and Ombline de Woillemont's cellar are a must-try! As proof, the 96/100 awarded by Decanter to the 2019 vintage of Commanderie Saint-Pierre-la-Garrigue and other unanimous awards that crown their cuvées, from the elegant "Marquis de Raymond" to the mineral and aromatic white "Les Pinèdes".

The Domaine de Vénus is a story of friendship that has evolved into a desire to create fine organic wines on 34 hectares of varied terroirs in Fenouillèdes. Most of the vines are located around Saint-Paul on a so-called high altitude terroir. The estate's wines seduce with their freshness and balance and shatter the clichés about Roussillon wines. The group of friends has chosen to offer the consumer wines that are "ready to drink", i.e. after long maturation in the bottle... because time does wonders with wine. To be discovered!
