Patrick says, "Let the soil breathe, protect the biotope and keep yields low" as we walk through his vineyards. The estate extends over 30 hectares around imposing, finely renovated buildings - it feels like a hamlet. Patrick's wines are often praised by the specialist press and, to top it all off, Château Montana is one of the few houses in Roussillon whose wines are awarded medals every year!
