This craft brewery is a friendly place full of character, created by a beer-loving duo: Jean-Baptiste and Numa. After travelling and working in breweries, notably in New Zealand, these hop enthusiasts came up with Zoobrew. This address is both a craft brewery and a bar where you can taste their creations on weekends. It attracts connoisseurs, the curious and those who simply want to refresh themselves with original craft beers. Beers are also on sale in the boutique.

Soccer leads to everything, even to the vineyard. In the field, Gilles Leclerc, a former ASSE defender (1998-2000) and - for those specialists who are interested - one of the architects of the Greens' rise to D1 in 1999. As the owner of the family wine estate in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, a picturesque village in the Gard between Nîmes and Avignon, the sporty entrepreneur manages his 30 hectares of vines, which are planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The young winegrower fell in love with the Rhône region, its peaceful hillsides, its rocky, mineral soil, its scents of garrigue. His wines? Côtes du Rhône, of course, which he bottles himself. His fifth cuvée, he named it "La Cuvée Verte" in remembrance of his former colleagues of the "Sainté" certainly, but also in reference to the reasoned culture he practises on an estate where two thirds of the grapes are still harvested by hand.

Sébastien, the founder, is an enthusiast and a born storyteller, and he's unstoppable... We drink his words amber, IPA or smoked - our favorite. You're sure to fall in love!

Everything is organic at this winery, whose origins date back to the 12th century. The domaine works with traditional grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan for the reds, and Roussanne and Viognier for a barrel-aged white of truly exceptional character. Chardonnay, Muscat, Merlot and Cabernet are also added to the list of grape varieties used to make vins de pays and vins de table. Elodie and Mathieu bought this estate in 2016, which had existed for 5 generations. The particularity of this estate is that the vineyard extends over 3 different soils: clay and limestone in Tautavel, schists on Maury and quaternary pebbles in Ribéral. This diversity has given rise to a range of 13 different wines that are regularly selected in the Hachette Guide. So many stars and favourites that we get lost a little bit but our favourites are the Prieuré 2015 (Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel), a surprising red, very concentrated and also very fresh, the Maury garnet 2015 and the Maury sec 2016. You can taste all these beautiful bottles in the heart of the village, the cellar and the winemaking cellar located within the village between the two museums. Families are welcome in the cellar, Elodie and Mathieu provide children with a table with activities and colouring. Finally, because the limestone circus of Tautavel-Vingrau is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world (and I am weighing my words), this young couple full of ideas offers you a superb villa for rent in the heart of the vineyards. Here's a temple to wine that's a dream come true, with its wide choice of products and attractive presentation. This cooperative cellar brings together 45 passionate winegrowers on 280 ha, all of whom have put their grape varieties on the map: Les Pujots, Les Vignerons, le Grussius, IGP Les Sens de la Garrigue, IGP Les Sens des Etangs and AOP La Clape Alta Vinha. You'll also find liqueur wines such as Muscat and Cartagène. The site's motto, by Leonardo da Vinci, pays tribute to the winemakers: "Happiness comes to men who are born where good wine is found."

CHÂTEAU DE SAÜ

Winery

The same for the red côtes-du-Roussillon, whose original vintage, prepared for mass distribution in partnership with the JeanJean company, is a success. The reserved vintage is sold at the Estate.

LES VIGNERONS DE MAURY

Wine and alcohol cooperative

Renowned for its Vin Doux Naturel, Maury offers a range of around twenty wines, regularly praised by the specialist press, including a very fine range of dry wines. More than 100 winegrowers are cooperators and they not only spend their time in the vineyards, they are invested in the life of the cellar. You will be able to meet them in the cellar during a tasting session and exchange with them about a common passion: the earth and the fruit it distils. Finally, the Vignerons de Maury organise events around wine every year.
