This craft brewery is a friendly place full of character, created by a beer-loving duo: Jean-Baptiste and Numa. After travelling and working in breweries, notably in New Zealand, these hop enthusiasts came up with Zoobrew. This address is both a craft brewery and a bar where you can taste their creations on weekends. Soccer leads to everything, even to the vineyard. In the field, Gilles Leclerc, a former ASSE defender (1998-2000) and - for those specialists who are interested - one of the architects of the Greens' rise to D1 in 1999. As the owner of the family wine estate in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, a picturesque village in the Gard between Nîmes and Avignon, the sporty entrepreneur manages his 30 hectares of vines, which are planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The young winegrower fell in love with the Rhône region, its peaceful hillsides, its rocky, mineral soil, its scents of garrigue. His wines? Côtes du Rhône, of course, which he bottles himself. His fifth cuvée, he named it "La Cuvée Verte" in remembrance of his former colleagues of the "Sainté" certainly, but also in reference to the reasoned culture he practises on an estate where two thirds of the grapes are still harvested by hand.

Thanks to a meticulous elaboration, the Frontignan Muscat cellar - an emblematic place of the city created in 1904 - offers wines produced from the muscat à petits grains grape variety, also called the "golden muscat". The range of wines is wide and includes dry muscat, very pleasant as an aperitif, 20 year old muscat de Frontignan AOC, rich and aromatic, as well as the muscat Clos du Château de Peyssonnie, balanced and fruity. the Château de Flaugergues, the "Montpellier folly" of the Millénaire-Grammont district, is one of the city's green lungs. This impressive historical monument and its restaurant are worth a visit. But what makes the reputation of the place more is its vineyard! With a surface area of 28 hectares, it is located in the heart of the AOC Languedoc. A range of grape varieties creates a balance of flavors and allows the production of eight high quality vintages. Pierre de Colbert has been at the helm since 2006 and combines tradition and technology.

Laurent Maynadier, winemaker, and Marie, his wife, oenologist, work their wine with great passion in this four centuries old estate, whose exposure to the sea allows the grapes to benefit from the sea spray all year round. Their bottle "Le Bel Amant" has conquered hearts and palates: its raspberry aromas and garrigue notes make it the darling of wine magazines! In the heart of the village, enter this Ali Baba's cave with a thousand Oc treasures taken over by Gérard Mas. Domaine Natura" is a corner of the Duchy of Uzès wines that really deserves a visit. Viognier, roussanne and chardonnay for the white wines, syrah, grenache, merlot and cabernet-sauvignon for the reds, grenache and syrah for the rosés, all with yields of between 35 and 45 hectolitres per hectare. An interesting wine-growing address in the south of France, which also produces spring and summer fruits, such as succulent burlat cherries and delicious apricots, all picked when ripe, as they should be.

At Chateau Nadal Hainaut, viticulture has been a family affair for 5 generations. 49 ha out of 125 are converted to organic since 2013 and are cultivated on stony terraces surrounding the family property, a former Cistercian priory of the 12th century. The place is simply sublime: the tasting cellar, the reception room, the chapel or the park and its pond. We love the wines, the family and the place. So why not spend your vacations in the large gite installed in a wing of the priory in the heart of the vineyard. Magical!

In 2010 Nicolas and Amandine decided to give another dimension to the family estate by making their own wines in an organic way. Passionate and respectful of the land and the vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified in vats to give a nice range of sparkling and still wines in AOP Crémant and Blanquette de Limoux and AOP Limoux white. Drop by the estate to taste these wines of great finesse in the superb cellar built at the end of 2020. A beautiful meeting guaranteed with passionate wine growers.

A stone's throw from Anduze, just below the ruins of the medieval Château de Tornac - and since 1924 - Les Vignerons de Tornac have been lovingly and passionately crafting a wine from quality grape varieties. Most of the 400 hectares of vines have been organically farmed since 2002. The great diversity of the terroir, which winds its way between the rocks of Anduze, the Cévennes and the Gardon, has produced wines of the highest quality: IGP Cévennes, IGP Pays d'Oc and AOP Duché d'Uzès. You have to taste everything at the Cave de Tornac, because you'll rarely be disappointed!

L'Antre de l'Echoppe is both a factory and a beer tavern, located just a stone's throw from its big sister, the Echoppe Médiévale. Located next to the Place des Quatre-Fontaines, in Narbonne's pedestrianised city centre, the address has an amazing setting. Once you've passed the door, the steps will lead you into an atypical basement room with vaulted ceilings, exposed stones, vats, board games and an impressive quantity of beer! On the spot, a dozen draughts are proposed, as well as mead wines, juices and organic sodas.

According to Pierre Richard, "a good wine is first and foremost a good grape" and it is at the Domaine de l'Evêque that the actor found his happiness in 1986. In love with this authentic site, he made it his home and his wine estate. We can mention the Château Bel Evêque Red, aged in oak barrels, full-bodied, generous, with aromas of ripe fruit. Our favorite is his "Cuvée personnelle", a 100% Syrah single variety. These wines are a delicious accompaniment to festive meals and relaxing aperitifs.

Founded in 1290, this former convent, which almost fell into oblivion after the French Revolution, has been the property of the winegrowers of Collioure since 1926. The cellar groups together 160 winegrowers producing the great PDO wines of Banyuls and Collioure. A visit to the cellar is not only educational but also a delight for the eyes when you discover the tuns room located in the nave of the old 13th century church. A convent dedicated to wines, this is unique! The visit ends with a nice tasting.

Created from the merger of the Agde and Marseillan cooperative wineries, these wineries bring together hundreds of winegrowers. They are renowned for their dry white wines and rosés de terrasse. Among the various sales outlets, La Perle de Thau in Marseillan is a large cellar offering over 250 product references from all over the Occitanie region. An unusual feature is the use of pumps to dispense bulk wine. The winery also offers a wide range of wine-tourism activities, including a "grape tour" of the cellar, workshops and walks...

V&B (pronounced "vi and bi") is a clever mix between an Irish pub on the one hand and a wine cellar on the other, under the principle of "two beers in one go", a formula that appeals! The motto of the house is: "here, beer democratizes wine and wine ennobles beer". You can choose from 350 different beers, German, Belgian, Canadian, Quebecois, French... and Catalan, 350 wines from independent producers and 200 whiskies, including some of the most surprising Japanese whiskies. Everything is organic at this winery, whose origins date back to the 12th century. The domaine works with traditional grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan for the reds, and Roussanne and Viognier for a barrel-aged white of truly exceptional character. Chardonnay, Muscat, Merlot and Cabernet are also added to the list of grape varieties used to make vins de pays and vins de table. An AOC de Nîmes olive oil completes a house offer that doesn't equate organic with high prices. The estate also produces its own cereals to make flour.

At the Domaine de Tavernel, Pierre Amphoux and his daughter Denise Compagne have been producing quality wine since 1980, on vines certified for organic farming. Since 1941, the winegrowers of Château de Campuget have been committed to producing great wines, while respecting a terroir and a strong identity that honours Syrah and Grenache. The result: this Costières de Nîmes is found in the world's greatest starred restaurants. Today, the estate can be visited and you can discover its history.

On the black schist hills above Espira de l'Agly, Denis Sarda works his vines biodynamically, respecting the natural rhythm of the seasons. He adds: "At Vieux Chêne, it is the alchemy of a careful cultivation of the vine, the seriousness of the winemaker and his entire team. A brave mare, nicely named "Venise", helps Denis to look after the vines. The wines of the domain are the image of this boy, they breathe the garrigue and the love of work carried out in harmony with nature. They are straight and powerful, we love them!

On the heights of the Bay of Banyuls, Jean Christophe writes the history of Clos Castell day after day. "A good wine begins in the vineyard", says this goldsmith who makes niche wines that only the luckiest of people will be able to taste, as he only makes 8,000 bottles! The effect on the palate of his bottles is as striking as the view of the surrounding peaks! The absence of mechanical and chemical treatment preserves the aroma of his nectars. We discovered a character with a big heart, as we like them at the Petit Futé, an endearing purist, a nugget.

During your visit, you will discover the process of elaboration of the seven wines of the domain, red, white and rosé. For four generations, wine has been part of a true family culture. Eric Gravil took over the business from his great-grandfather, keeping the methods of his ancestors: bottling and packaging. Mas Mouriès is located in the eastern part of the AOP Languedoc and AOP Languedoc Sommières appellation area, 23 km northwest of Nîmes, on the Cévennes road (D999 Nîmes-Le Vigan). From Sommières, follow the direction of Alès (N110) for 11 km, then follow the direction of Quissac. The estate is located on a very old site with a Roman villa discovered during the planting of the vines. The 20 hectares of the family estate are terraced along the banks of the Vidourle River on the hillside, facing south and protected from the Mistral wind.

A successful conversion for this physics and chemistry teacher, who decided to take a new turn in his life. Laurent's beers are brewed with organic French malts and hops. Brewed on site, in the heart of Perpignan, the beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. As for alcohol content, the Boc is 5° for the white and 5.5° for the others. In an old mill, Jean and Thomas brew artisanal beers based on the pure water of the Aigoual, hops, and some local spells if possible. Since 1998, the Cap d'Ona brewery has been producing a wide range of traditional blond and amber beers, both pure malt and white, as well as beers with the flavours of the Catalan terroir and an atypical southern character. Now named the best brewery in France and the most awarded, it was elected the best Belgian beer in the world in 2021. And recently, "Cap Si Gran" was voted best spirit in the world. The visit of the brewery allows to understand the different phases of the production, from the malt mill to the bottling.

Elodie and Mathieu bought this estate in 2016, which had existed for 5 generations. You can taste all these beautiful bottles in the heart of the village, the cellar and the winemaking cellar located within the village between the two museums. A little outside Thuir, the castle of Saü is a beautiful property exploited since 1840 by the same family. Herve and Béatrice Passama are now lovers of reasoned cultivation. Regularly awarded, the wines of Saü are worth visiting: the over-aged amber AOC Rivesaltes fulfills all the promises of its appellation. The same for the red côtes-du-Roussillon, whose original vintage, prepared for mass distribution in partnership with the JeanJean company, is a success. The reserved vintage is sold at the Estate.

Renowned for its Vin Doux Naturel, Maury offers a range of around twenty wines, regularly praised by the specialist press, including a very fine range of dry wines. More than 100 winegrowers are cooperators and they not only spend their time in the vineyards, they are invested in the life of the cellar. You will be able to meet them in the cellar during a tasting session and exchange with them about a common passion: the earth and the fruit it distils.
