Point de départ des croisières sur le canal du midi et office du tourisme, Le Chai est une véritable mine d'or pour tout amateur de vin.
Tous les crus du Minervois et de plus loin sont représentés avec commentaire et dégustation en fin d'après-midi.
Un autre rayon intéressant regorge de produits locaux, riz pâtes confitures biscuits etc.
Une halte incontournable lors de toute croisière ou balade sur le Canal.
