One of the main attractions of this wild and lonely gravel beach on stage 6 of the Camí de Cavalls is the crystal-clear waters that bathe it. Here again, nature reigns supreme. Not the best place for a swim, however. The name "aloc" comes from a species of bushy shrub with compound-palmate leaves and a spiky inflorescence of small purplish flowers native to the Mediterranean coast. There are several options for getting there, including the path that links it to Cala Pilar (20-30 minute walk). It is also the starting point for stage 7 of the Camí de Cavalls, linking Els Alocs and Algaiarens (3 hours).
