A small fishing village built around a jetty made up of several "escarpments" dug into the rock between Ses Platgetes and Es Racó de Sa Pujada (just before the main road begins its ascent to La Mola). It was once the second natural harbour on the island. Here there are no big hotels or buildings, but lots of rocks and a few sandy spots bordered by radiant water. There is still a small grocery store and a few souvenir shops, but the place is still very pleasant, certainly because it is not very crowded. Some restaurants spread out their terrace facing the sea. From Es Caló you can reach Ses Platgetes in a few minutes by the beach.

Convenient. There is a free car park at the entrance to the village of Es Caló. Supermarket across the street.
