You'll come across this sandy, stony cove surrounded by rocks on stage 6 of the Camí de Cavalls (8.91 kilometers, 6 hours, difficult). It doesn't have any particular scenic interest, but it's nice and quiet for a swim. And above all, it's perfectly wild! Cala Moragues is also part of a special protection zone that stretches between Cala Barril and Pla de Mar. This is the maximum protection integral reserve zone, where all types of underwater fishing and extraction of marine flora and fauna are prohibited. The Bay of Fornells enjoys the same level of protection.
