Not far from Santanyí (6 km), Cala Figuera is a charming, picturesque little port nestled between two cliffs. Many of the cottages have their feet almost in the perfectly turquoise water of the cala, with gardens lined with palm trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea in the background, themselves framed by fig and pine trees growing on the cliffs... A real postcard. There are a number of good hotels and restaurants to be found here. If you're just passing through for the day, don't hesitate for a second: stop for coffee at the Bon Bar, overlooking the port and offering the best view of Cala Figuera.
