(Chardonnay) For centuries, Chardonnay has also been a Burgundian plant. He has the reputation of the great white wines of Côte de Beaune, the Côte de Chalonnaise, the Mâconnais and Chablis, where he is commonly called the Beaunois. It produces beautiful golden bunches, as small as those of Pinot, but more elongated and less tight. Its grains are small but rich in a deliciously sweet white juice.
