From this vantage point, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the northwest coast and even as far as Biscoitos. But be careful! There are no railings. The blue of the ocean, the green of the meadows, the white of the foam and the black of the basalt stones make up a delightful landscape for the eye. For a few hundred metres, you can take the path down to the left to reach a vigia, where whales used to be spotted, and which today is a good vantage point for bird and sea views. Buses taking you around the island can drop you off at the watchtower. There is also a camping area.
