A vast natural pool stretches out amidst layers of lava from ancient volcanic eruptions, with extraordinary shapes that suggest so many lunar landscapes. It is called the Bay of Doves. It is the driest part of the island. Curious vines, the curraletas, grow on these desolate lands thanks to stone walls that protect them, creating a microclimate in a microclimate. They produce a wine that is no less than 14°, and which will then give either a sweet aperitif at 17°, or a fragrant digestive at 19°, the liqueur Angelica. Close to the port, the natural swimming pools are very pleasant and it is good to laze there.
