Village and small pebble beach dominated by a white lighthouse, rather off-centre and therefore less frequented. The west coast is the wildest of the island with a land rich in peasant and culinary traditions. The ancient cultures have been preserved: fruit trees (apple trees, pear trees), vegetable plants (artichokes, tomatoes). But Patresi's most famous crop is the onion, an essential condiment of the local cuisine, which has kept its organic origins over the centuries. This village is also known as the starting point of hiking trails with spectacular views of the coast and Corsica, some of which lead to Mount Capanne.
