Village of 200 inhabitants with traditional adobe houses. It is located a little bit high on a hill, offering a very nice view on the fields and especially on the small town of León which will be your next stop. The church of St. John the Baptist, made of adobe, has a very country look, which makes for a nice picture. Pilgrims who wish to rest can do so in the village inn, or stop in one of the restaurants or shops available. There is a rest area for pilgrims, a kind of shelter with a place to sit and a source of drinking water. The place is well designed and conducive to meetings.
