Vered Hagalil (the Galileo rose) is the name of a large property that stretches out on either side of Route 90, on the southern edge of Korazim. There is a holiday village and a ranch, also for tourism. The place was created in the 1960s by Yehuda Avni, an immigrant from Chicago who wanted to start his own farm with a horse farm. In 2000, Domus Galilaeae, a Christian assembly centre, was inaugurated south of the complex.
