The main interest of the village is the monastery. The village is perched on the top of a mountain that juts out into the sea. You will have to take the long way under the trees of the road to reach the beach. Completely isolated, with big rocks everywhere, there are usually less people than on the surrounding beaches. This is where one of the most important personalities of Serbia and Montenegro died: Svetozar Vukmanović, known as Tempo, a communist leader, who later lent his voice to one of the most popular rock bands of the 1980s, Belo Dugme.
