35 km south of Kédougou, Dindéfello is a border town, near a waterfall more than 100 m high. An exceptional waterfall in a country so flat and especially so hot. It takes its source from Mount Dandé, located at an altitude of 318 m, and ends its course in a natural swimming pool in the heart of lush vegetation. This source would have therapeutic virtues. It is now protected and classified, like the Bassari and Bédik countries, as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2012. From Kédougou, 7-seaters make the morning trip to Dindéfello. By car, follow the Ségou track for about 20 minutes.
