Located south-west of Kédougou, the village (not to be confused with the Malian town of the same name!) is best known for its waterfall and is one of the most interesting excursions not far from Kédougou. Here, very few tourists, they are all just a few kilometres away, at the much more impressive Dindéfello falls. To reach Ségou by car, take the road to Dindéfello, and after about ten kilometres of track, turn left in the direction of Ségou. Count one hour of journey by a track a little difficult. By public transport, 7-seaters leave Kédougou in the morning. Count around 1 500 FCFA the journey.
