Saint-Cergue is the sporting stopover on your route: in summer and winter, there are many activities. You can ski on the vast area served by 19 ski lifts or, more curious and original, you can go for a walk in dog-sled teams. The children find slopes at their level, and the older ones will go to Les Jouvencelles, in the Dôle massif, towards Les Rousses. There are also some very nice trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, followed by fondue or raclette... The little orange train can also take you there; all information is available at the Saint-Cergue tourist office.
