This village has a very long tourist tradition. It is a traditional resort resort in the Metn region. The first hotel (Cedars Hotel) was built there in 1840. A former summer resort, Broummana was renowned for its pleasant climate during the heat of the coast in summer and its greenery. Wealthy nationals from Gulf countries came regularly.
