This is the first stage of the so-called Costa de Mogán. And unfortunately this once wild coast has suffered the same fate as the rest of the south coast of the island with a growing presence of imposing hotel complexes that have regularly come to nibble on the mountain. Today, Arguineguín has a small fishing port without much charm and a small but quiet grey sand beach. Following the coastal walk, you can reach the coves of Patalacava. Or take the boats that regularly sail to Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogán. Every Saturday, it hosts a craft market for tourists.
