From S'Estanyol, a former fishing village now a residential area, you can enjoy a sensational view of the Artà heights and the Tramuntana, revealing a magical landscape as the sun sets behind the mountain. There are plenty of rocks here, but there are a few small sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters: Es Racó de S'Arena to the south-west and Arenal de Sa Rápita to the east. The village itself has nothing special to offer apart from its pleasant tranquillity. The stroll along the seafront is delightful, and the little marina is no less charming.
