Langlade is a small village of 2,000 inhabitants, typical of the Gard region. It's a village in the Vaunage, the Nages valleys, located 12 kilometers from Nîmes. Langlade traditionally organizes two fêtes votives a year in spring and summer (Abrivado, course camarguaise, etc.), typical of the south of France, in addition to the traditional fireworks display on July 13. The Langlade railway station is located on what used to be the Nîmes-Le Vigan-Tournemire-Roquefort line. Unfortunately, the station is no longer served by the SNCF. As a result, access to the village is only possible by road, either by car or by bus.
