Between Étretat and Fécamp, in the hollow of a valley descending to the sea, Yport is a charming stopover. Originally a fishing village - you'll still be amazed by the wooden boats lying on their sides in the pebbles - the town has followed the great movement to offer its cliffs and landscapes to seaside tourism. In terms of heritage, Yport shines with its church, built by the locals themselves and home to numerous sailors' ex-votos, many in the form of model boats, as well as its beautiful villas and modest fishermen's cottages. A listed site, the village offers numerous walks, notably on the GR21.
