The "cabanons de la Marine de la Tour de Farinole" were rebuilt in 1962 by Corsicans from Marseille, hence the name, in place of the "magasins" that served as grain silos for the Farinolais, who grew this cereal on the Saleccia plains on the other side of the Gulf of Saint-Florent. Renowned for its white sandy coastline and Genoese tower, built in 1562, don't forget to visit the 17th-century parish church of San-Cosimu è Damianu, and admire the Marianda convent founded in 1606. You can also take advantage of Farinole's two beaches.
