The village is crossed by the upper valley of the Cruzini river, which offers lovely bathing spots. To the east of the village is the magnificent Ancone waterfall. The village itself is spread out over small terraces on the mountainside. There are a few characterful houses, oil mills and, above all, a paved mule track leading to San-Giovanni-Battista. To the south are the remains of the Romanesque church of San-Giovanni-Battista, which features a 10th-century motif engraved with masks and reused in a wall.
