Isolated village at an altitude of 700 m. Bread ovens, chestnut dryers, wash houses and mills still bear witness to an active rural life. In the village, besides the bell tower church, you can visit the chapels of the hamlets of Chidazzu and Revinda, as well as the ruins of the Romanesque chapel of Santa-Degna, to the west of the village. The village is known in the surrounding area for its cold meats. Note the dynamism of the Scopre association which offers in its auditorium: cinema, theatre, classical music, Corsican songs, exhibitions. Typical village in the hollow of the mountain, with its houses pressing against each other in the slope.
