Charming village dominated by its Romanesque church, with its small streets signed with wrought iron and its porches giving access to the walled properties... Come and see the hundred-year-old open-air wine press and the Napoleon III-style fountain (1885). It is also a prestigious cru and south-south-east facing slopes. In this village, the Templar monks of the Commandery of Saint-Jean-de-Jérusalem built the church at the beginning of the 11th century, a Romanesque complex that evolved into Gothic over time. In 1578, Henri III, King of France, authorized the town to surround itself with moats to defend itself and to trade wine once a year, on Saint Luke's Day.
