Champagne Billiot has existed since 1937 but it is in 1960 that Champagne H. Billiot & Fils was born in 1960 when Henri Billiot invested and created the cellars on the Place de la Fontaine, placing his buildings in the center of Ambonnay. It is now Lætitia who operates and manages the Domaine, proud to be the heir of these passionate experts whose standard she has taken over with a firm hand. The Domaine H. Billiot & Fils estate covers 5 hectares of vines and produces 6 beautiful vintages. To be discovered!

Opening hours (visits exclusively by appointment): groups and individual 9.30am-12pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm. Closed on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Closed from August 15th to August 30th and from December 25th to January 3rd.

We had a wine tasting at Champagne H. BILLIOT & Fils booked through tourisme-hautvillers. What a wonderful experience. Our host, Laetitia Billiot, patiently answered all our questions about the history of the house and creating their champagnes. We enjoyed the champagnes and also the local products served along side the champagnes. Highly recommend along with the other 3 people in my group.
