Today, the4th generation runs this beautiful 8.5-hectare family estate. You can visit the traditional winery, the cellars and an exhibition of tools recalling the family's past. Taste the Brut Tradition, a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, and the Cuvée Henri-III, named after the king who authorized the first wine fair in 1578. The House's red Ambonnay is not to be outdone. This very fine coteaux-champenois is perfect with characterful dishes.
