This beautiful house of local products gathers the know-how of about forty producers, craftsmen and local artists. You will find gourmet products: honey, chestnut cream, nougats, berlingots, olive oil, beer, wines, farm cheeses, pâtés, tapenades... As for shopping, there is no lack of choice: leather goods, porteries, books, turned wood, santons... Finally, essential oils, wild herbs, floral waters and aromatherapy will delight the amateurs.

Sylla is a group of around one hundred winegrowers spread across the Luberon, Ventoux and Vins de Pays de Vaucluse IGP PDO production zones. This union of producers represents 1,000 hectares and draws its uniqueness from well differentiated terroirs located between the northern Luberon and the southern Monts de Vaucluse.

The Sylla store offers a wide selection of local products. In summer, you can visit the vineyards and taste the finest combinations of Sylla wines in the cellar.

The mill's renaissance began a few years ago with Bruno, who restored a hundred centuries-old olive trees and created a new impetus in the village. Another Bruno (from his first job as an olive grower) took up the reins and created a 4,000-tree organic orchard. He welcomes you to his mill, where you can discover his production workshop and store for olive oil made from local olives: the Aglandeau variety. Founded in 1866 by Marius Lilamand, a pastry chef-confectioner in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, this very gourmet and renowned brand in the region is now also located in the historic heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. You will find their candied fruits, jams, calissons and fruit syrups, as well as honey, nougat and home-made chestnut cream. In 2019, they received the jury's trophy for "positive entrepreneurs". The olives are grown locally on the estate, harvested by hand and cold extracted to produce olive oil from different varieties: aglandaou, salonenque, caillon, picholine, frantoï, grossane and bouteillan. Several choices are offered to you, in bulk, in glass or stainless steel bottles, from 1 to 5 litres. Private individuals can have their own olives crushed!

This famous gelateria in Vieux-Nice and on the Promenade des Anglais is a family-run business offering artisanal ice creams and sorbets in a variety of original flavors, made with fresh, natural ingredients. The only ice cream maker in Nice to produce organic ice cream. The store also features a food court serving hot drinks, smoothies and pizzas. The establishment changed hands in 2018. Mathieu and Michael are now in charge. Both have decided to make Le Misto, a friendly place that combines flavours and happiness, as they themselves say. The staff is smiling and welcoming, the ice cream cups and cakes are excellent with, as a bonus, a very beautiful view of the Etang de Berre. The menu is really overwhelming and the prices are quite correct.

It is the reference of cooks and good food lovers. Salts (in all its forms, of any planet, flavoured or not), spices, honey, jams, infusions, condiments, rice, mushrooms… the shop of Laure and Stéphane abounds in carefully selected products. In 1717, Count François de Castellanne, Chevalier Marquis d'Ampuis, land lord of Vacqueyras and its terroirs, donated a plot of vines to an ancestor of the Arnoux family: Pierre Bovis. Since that day, the tradition of the vine and the wine continues. It was Aimé Arnoux who gave this new impetus. Since then, the House has been run successively by his two sons. Today, the vineyard at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail extends over 40 hectares. A wide choice of vintages is on sale, including the Organic Collection.

This wine estate also grows olive and almond trees. The 2,000 olive trees are all organically grown and are of the aglandau variety. The olives are harvested in rotation, to ensure a green fruitiness full of aromas. And to preserve them as much as possible, the fruit is pressed just after harvesting. He welcomes you and explains his know-how. A discovery trail allows you to wander between vineyards, almond and olive trees in a unique natural setting. On his family property in Cotignac, where there is also a vineyard of about three hectares, Christian Berton produces an oil known as "old-fashioned black fruity", which he produces from 800 trees planted on 1.5 hectares, without irrigation. Bouteillan, aglandau and cayon are the varieties that will give the 1,000 liters obtained after crushing at the mill in La Londe-les-Maures. Awarded multiple times at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, as evidenced by the gold medal for the vintage 2022 mature. The olive grower is a member of the Provence Appellation.

The most beautiful way to go to the village of Puyloubier is to take the D 17 which runs along the famous mountain Saint Victoire, the well appointed Route Cézanne. Puyloubier and its vineyard offer a delightful landscape. Puyloubier's name comes from «Podium Luperium», the wolves mountain, which attests to the presence of this animal in the past. On the Puyloubier site, we find important Celto Ligurian and Roman remains as well as several chapels of xiith and xiiith century remarkably conserved (Saint-Ser and Saint-Pancrace in particular). The vineyard, located between pine groves and olive groves, extends into the south slope of the Holy Victory. The Cave des Vignerons du Mont Sainte Victoire comprises a hundred winemakers operating 700 hectares of vineyards. The Cellar comprises 80 co-operatives and produces 39,000 hectolitres of wine in AOC Côtes de Provence or AOC Sainte Victoire. Over the generations, these growers have committed themselves to farming environmentally friendly. The wine cellar, engaged in the "Agricultural" certification in the mid -2000 s, is now part of the "Winemakers in Sustainable Development" approach: produce quality wines, lasting, with the greatest respect for men, the environment and consumers.

40 hectares of vineyards occupy most of Alain Tabani's time. He also takes great care of the olive trees, planted on 3 hectares. Moreover, he does not use any chemical treatment, and feeds them with manure. The olives come from the aglandau, salonenque and bouteillan varieties and are crushed at the Saint-Zacharie mill. His oil is a blend of these three varieties, in green fruity, and benefits from the AOP Aix-en-Provence appellation. You will find it at the estate. Nectars 100 % natural, with sometimes sweet, sometimes powerful aromas, and an exceptional ardence.

Florent Rueda breeds 150 saanen goats, Swiss goats whose mild, slightly sweet milk gives special flavors to the cheeses made and matured on site by his mother, Marie-Paule. These include dry, semi-dry and whole-milk brousse, as well as specialities such as St Rémois, a fresh lactic, and Alpicrème, a flowery crouté. These cheeses are on sale on the premises, and can be found at the finest restaurants in the region, including Château d'Estoublon.

The vacations are over... For those who haven't done their shopping for local produce, Rémi offers olive oils from small estates in the region (Luberon, Aix, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Vallée des Baux; sold in bottles, tasting boxes or 3l cans). Accessories include barrels, pourers, salad bowls and olive wood cutlery. With two locations in Marseille, including the historic Panier, Glacier du Roi has built up a fine reputation over the years. With its production laboratory visible from the store, the emphasis is on the artisanal side of production, with inspiring flavours: turnip, apricot verbena, mango... Sorbets and ice creams are available in scoops and cups, as well as in large quantities with containers so you can take them home with you. The only snag, and not the least, is that the prices are not cheap, being higher than those of other artisanal producers in Marseille. And yet there's an explosion of flavors in these ice creams, which lack a little taste. As for the addition of Chantilly cream, billed at two euros, not to mention the plastic cups which, while attractive, are thrown away once the scoop is finished, it's all a bit clumsy and not too up to date ecologically speaking on the last point. A great success thanks to its location and the many tourists in the area.

Created in 1951, this family vineyard extends over 7 hectares, mainly composed of terraces on the side of the Couronne de Charlemagne massif. A terroir that gives whites and rosés mineral, ample and well-balanced notes. White white and red wines also have a great reserve. A very good Cassis with a constant quality, whose manufacturing secrets you can discover!

This estate now covers 200 hectares (a third of the surface area dedicated to grape growing in Arles!). Red, rosé and white wines, the grape varieties are diverse to say the least (chardonnay, sauvignon, merlot...). Everything to sprinkle a delicious meal. The work of the vineyards is done in the respect of the tradition, without chemical weedkiller. And the result is the height. Nice plus: a "Wine and old cars" day takes place every year on Pentecost Sunday.

For more than 100 years, the Distilleries and Domaines de Provence have been imagining and/or manufacturing aperitif or digestive specialties such as pastis, rinquinquin, farigoule (thyme liqueur) and absinthe for the most famous. Here we are talking about harvesting, stills, selection, maturity and exigency. Alcohols of character that exist nowhere else to be discovered and tasted in the store dedicated to welcoming visitors. Here, we have been professional beekeepers since 1999. Several hundred thousand bees are kept in 350 hives, each of which "shelter" 50 to 80,000 bees. All the products are organic: honeys (lavender, rosemary, all flowers...) but also white nougat with lavender honey (with organic almonds from Provence), gingerbread or "saucimiel", a home-made product in the form of milk or dark chocolate sausage with dried fruit. The Dauphin-Gasquet family (Céline and Stéphane) have been millers since 1923, and olive growers for as long as anyone can remember, in this village aptly nicknamed "Cucuron des Olivettes", at their troglodyte oil mill. Nestled in a cave in the ramparts of Cucuron, this mill, which is well worth a visit, has been in operation since the ^12th century. An average of 230 tons of olives (local varieties such as aglandau, typical of southern Luberon, bouteillan, cayon and picholine) are crushed to produce an extra-virgin oil, characterized by an intense nose with notes of raw artichoke.

Former municipal hospice then boys' school until 1953, the Hôtel d'Astier de Montfaucon, owned by the commune of Ménerbes since 1751. Restored in 2004, the building, listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments, houses a shop dedicated to Provencal products, especially truffles. The estate is located in a paradisiacal place between Jouques and Rians, at four hundred meters of altitude. Nestling at the foot of the Vautubière river, the vineyard faces the Sainte-Victoire and extends over 10 hectares, on a clay-limestone soil, with a southern exposure. This estate, run by Pierre Michelland, produces wines with the most complex aromas, within the framework of organic farming. In this northern part of the Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, the harvest is late, and carried out by hand for each grape variety.

This Italian glacier with warm wooden decor offers its terrace in the heart of the pedestrian district of Nice. Full fresh milk, organic eggs, seasonal products come into the composition of ice, ice cream and sorbets of tradition made here without artificial coloring or aroma. From the most classical to the most original, the scents with transalpine accent are numerous and varied: Yogurt, caramel and salted butter, amaretto, Specculoos biscotti, stracciatella, tiring the inimitable… Served on the spatula, in pot or in cornet, these gourmets are commanded by the counter and are tasted by a swim or on the terrace covered in the outside. The twenty-hectare vineyard has been classified AOC Ventoux since 1973. It produces Luberon wines with a strong personality, thanks to careful soil management and gentle winemaking that respects the work of nature. The result is two flagship cuvées: the fruity "Terre d'Ocres" in all three colors, and the powerful "Hautes Pierres" in red and white. As well as sweet wines. The domaine has won numerous awards. The wines are very good. The cellar regularly hosts artists' exhibitions.

Created in 1913, Les caves du Commandeur are more than a century old! This farm, freshly certified High Environmental Value,is located in the middle of green Provence. Spread over the AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Var appellations, the vineyard is worked with a deep respect for the environment. With the Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache grape varieties for the reds, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault for the rosés, and Rolle for the whites, the nectars obtained are fine and elegant.

Domaine de la Janasse is a winery offering a wide selection of quality wines. It's important to remember that excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health, and that it's advisable to drink in moderation.

This vineyard in organic agriculture extends over 105 ha of small terraced plots. Owned by the Audibert family for five generations, it is the oldest wine estate in Lambesc. The wines are reputed to be aromatic, structured and powerful: exceptional reds, fine whites and elegant rosés. The cellar is installed in a former 17th century coaching inn. On Saturday mornings in the r months, wine and shellfish tasting in front of the cellar, sea urchins in February, and in summer animations and foodtruck. Convivial !

A family story. After the war, Yves, aged just 14, took over the fallow land. His son Pierre took over, converting the entire estate to organic farming in 1978. A true pioneer, the future proved him right! The estate has expanded, and vines and olive trees coexist on the terraced plots. Martial and Samuel have taken over with the same commitment to quality. Their pure Muscat grape juice, their red Souviens-toi in the Vacqueyras appellation and their Nyons olive oil in the AOC are a winning trio.
