PÂTISSERIE JOUVAUD
A veritable Carpentras institution, Maison Jouvaud opened its doors in 1948! Its longevity is no stranger to this family passion - 3 generations have succeeded one another. Over the years, the range has expanded and diversified, including rocailles (sublime meringues with caramelized roasted hazelnuts inside). The decorative objects selected by Nicole and her daughter Maïe resonate with the sweet treats of father and son pastry chefs Frédéric and Pierre. A new boutique has opened in the north of town, on avenue Saint-Roch.
