CHAMPSOLEIL EARL
The Champsoleil company is located on the hills overlooking Nice and its Baie des Anges. An agricultural site operated for two generations which provides, in organic, several kinds of vegetables serving as bases for culinary preparations but also, and above all, olives with which Champsoleil has collected awards for almost 20 years. Whole in pots, paste, quenelle or oil, it is almost exclusively cailletiers (95% of exploitation, the oldest trees, pollinators) but also other varieties that allow the company to diversify its range. Thus, depending on the date of harvest of the fruit, more or less early, Champsoleil manufactures an oil to the fruity green, little common in the Alpes-Maritimes, or ripe fruity. And this with the cailletier variety as with the others.
D'une extrême délicatesse, il respecte le parfum et la saveur des ingrédients.
Habitant la région depuis 60 ans, je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion de savourer un produit aussi parfait !
