All that was missing was a small market to complete the gourmet offering in Caussols. A wonderful initiative by Christian, Michaël and Léa, who are bringing new life to the village. On the stalls you'll find fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey, condiments, wine, a fine selection of beers, meat and charcuterie... mostly organic, but at reasonable prices. All good local produce from producers in the Alpes-Maritimes, Hautes-Alpes and Var. Fish is available to order. The market also sells delicious walnut tarts.
